Return and Cancellation Policy

If you ever decide to cancel your subscription, simply give us a call at (888) 471-7623 or email us at info@uniper-care.com. Our team will reach out to you within 2 business days with easy instructions for returning the Uniper TV Kit.

We also offer a 60-day risk-free guarantee, which includes a full refund of your first month’s subscription and free return shipping of the equipment. Here’s how it works:

1. Cancellation and Refund within the first 60 days

  • If you cancel within your first 60 days, we’ll refund your first 2 month’s subscription fee.

  • You’ll just need to return the equipment (see our Return Policy below).

  • Please note: if you purchased the optional professional home installation, that one-time service fee is non-refundable once your account is activated.

2. Cancellation after 60 days

  • If you cancel after the first 60 days, your subscription will simply stop at the next monthly billing cycle.

  • The equipment will need to be returned to Uniper (see Return Policy below).

3. Return Policy

  • When canceling, you’ll need to send the Uniper TV Kit back. Just contact us at info@uniper-care.com or (888) 471-7623, and we’ll provide the shipping instructions.

  • If you cancel within the first 60 days, we’ll cover return shipping by sending you a prepaid label.

  • Please return the device within 45 days of disconnecting. If it isn’t returned, a $150 equipment fee will be applied.
